Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Coordination & ExecutionProject Management: Assist in planning, developing, implement, and monitor community programs and projects in line with the company’s strategy, including health camps, community outreach, awareness programs, and other initiativesStakeholder Engagement and Management: Assist the Management team in developing and maintaining relationships with community organizations, NGOs, and key stakeholders to effectively support organization objectivesEvent Coordination: Support with planning and executing events and activities, including scheduling, logistics, communication, and on-the-ground coordinationReporting & Documentation: Support the documentation and preparation of program and grant proposals. Monitor project progress, collect data, and compile detailed reports on all initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders, highlighting impact and outcomes2.
