Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Program Coordination & Execution
- Project Management: Assist in planning, developing, implement, and monitor community programs and projects in line with the company’s strategy, including health camps, community outreach, awareness programs, and other initiatives
- Stakeholder Engagement and Management: Assist the Management team in developing and maintaining relationships with community organizations, NGOs, and key stakeholders to effectively support organization objectives
- Event Coordination: Support with planning and executing events and activities, including scheduling, logistics, communication, and on-the-ground coordination
- Reporting & Documentation: Support the documentation and preparation of program and grant proposals. Monitor project progress, collect data, and compile detailed reports on all initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders, highlighting impact and outcomes
2. Strategic Support & Analysis:
- Assist in engaging internal and external team at Medanta through regular communications and required capacity building and work co-ordination
- Work with various stakeholder to develop and refine metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of all initiatives
- Undertake other responsibilities, as needed
3. Administrative Assistance
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, appointments, and events
- Draft proposals, emails, letters, presentations, and other documentation, as required
- Monitor and maintain budgets for activities; assist with expense tracking and invoice processing
Qualification
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a Tier-I institute (Preference, IIM, ISB,IITs)
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years (in Program Management) experience preferably in a healthcare or large corporate setting
