Dr. A.N. Jha is a pioneer in getting Intra-Operative MRI technology for brain tumor surgeries in India & holds the expertise to perform tumor surgeries, operated in Brain lab with use of ALA dye for precision of tumor removal & cerebrovascular surgery. As a visionary, Dr. Jha recognized the need and potential of sub-specialization in Neurosurgery. Heading the Neurosciences Institute at Medanta, Dr. Jha has developed a specialized team for Neurovascular Intervention, Endoscopic Spine surgery, Endoscopic Skull base surgery, Functional neurosurgery & radio surgery. For Neurology he developed the team for Stroke, Epilepsy, Movement Disorders, Pediatric Neurology & Sleep Medicine. He believes our team with the latest technology is the way to provide optimum patient care. Dr. Ahlawat to his credit has the unique feat of establishing four successful Urology and Renal Transplant programs in India, at Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi, Fortis Hospitals, New Delhi, and Medanta, the Medicity in New Delhi. His publications and presentations at national and international forums have focused on minimally invasive Urology.
An accomplished Endourologist, Laparoscopic and Robotic surgeon, Dr Ahlawat has been a Guest Faculty at most Endourology and laparoscopic workshops in India. He has the distinctive largest single unit experience in the world of conducting more than 1200 Laparoscopic Donor Nephrectomies. At Medanta, he has led successful minimally invasive nephron sparing renal surgery, prostate cancer surgery and bladder cancer surgery programs.
A teacher and academician at heart, Dr. Ahlawat initiated Urology training M.Ch. and D.N.B. programs at all previous institutions of his association. He was awarded the Chakraborty Fellowship by Indian American Urological Association for year 1992 and PN Berry Fellowship in 1995. He was honored with the title of Honorary Lecturer conferred to him by the University College London Hospitals (UCLH), U.K. in 1995 during his stint at Institute of Urology and Nephrology.

Dr. Arvinder Singh Soin has performed nearly 1000 liver transplants in India, the maximum in the country. Liver transplantation team at Medanta currently performs 25 live donor liver transplants every month with 95% success results; at par with the world's best liver transplantaion centres. As a practice the team not only treats referrals from India; but also handles cases from the rest of South Asia, the Middle East and Africa

Dr. Sunil Mishra; MD (Internal Medicine); DM- Endocrinology & Metabolism (AIIMS, New Delhi), currently working as consultant Endocrinologist at Medanta The Medicity, Gurgaon. Before joining Medanta Dr. Mishra was working as an Associate Professor at HIHT University Dehradun where he established Endocrine and Diabetes specialty in department of Medicine. He has over seven years of experience in Endocrinology at prestigious institutes like AIIMS, SGPGI Lucknow, HIHT University Dehradun and now at Medanta The Medicity. Dr. Mishra is available for expert opinion in uncontrolled diabetes mellitus; type 1 diabetes mellitus; all type of thyroid disorders, menstrual irregularities; excessive hair growth in girls and ladies; pituitary disorders and calcium and metabolic bone disorders

Dr. Parekh started the first dedicated department of PVES in Delhi over 20 years ago- which was the first department to be recognized by the national board of examiners/DNB for fellowship in PVES. Was approved the national convener for this teaching programme by the National Board of Examiners.
